Diamond Peak Beef was born when a man from Oregon decided that he could simply do It better. After 15 years in the beef industry, Joseph Bradfeldt started Diamond Peak Beef knowing that there was a better way to get wholesome beef to the consumer at a much better price. Experience in the process all the way from cattle procurement to end user helped him shape a company that now feeds the country.
